We have just spent three nights at this hotel on our first trip to Vietnam. We were greeted with a refreshing drink whilst we were booked in and then taken to our rooms. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. What really made the stay was the staff though, they were so helpful and attentive. They were keen to offer advice of where to go and one evening we were looking for some crispy spring rolls and couldn’t find a street vendor who sold them , we asked at the reception and they even offered to go out and get them for us to ensure that we weren’t overcharged!!! that is above and beyond. It is ideally located and would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous time staying at the hotel. The room was very comfortable with a great bed. The staff, particularly Tom, who expertly arranged our tours and Mrs Jerry, who looked after us so well in the restaurant, were fabulous and very attentive. Would highly recommend.

I had an excellent time and stay. The staff was very helpful and were always available . The breakfast is also nice and also location wise very close to the Hoan Kiem lake. I all had a fabulous stay Specially will like to thank Tom, Haley, Phoebe, Doan.

Located in a busy area, but quite place. Great hotel and great staff. Close to a ton of shopping and restaurants. We were a bunch of friends but this will be a well suited for families too. The breakfast has a nice view and they have a decent pool, and gym.

This hotel in the Old Quarter is 3 blocks from the lake. Excellent value, clean and wonderful staff. We booked the deluxe room and was pleased with the size of bed (king) , 4 pillows, a complete set of towels and facecloths for two, kettle, coffee, tea, water, shampoo and body wash. Buffet style Breakfast is served daily on the 12th floor. Pool, exercise equipment and sundeck on the 11th floor. We liked this hotel so much we cancelled our reservation for a different hotel when we return to Hanoi for our final two days in Vietnam. My only wish is for the elevator not to end on the 10th floor causing us to walk up narrow stairs to the 11 and 12 floor. If you have balance issues this could be a concern.
